3 cups pre-cooked shredded hash browns
1 (8 ounce) package Tillamoook Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese (2 cups), divided
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper

crumbled bacon
sliced green onion
sour cream

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1-1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, thyme, salt and pepper. Place mixture in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with bacon and green onion; serve with salsa and sour cream.
