5 pounds potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 cups sour cream
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Bake at 350F. for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.

These may also be reheated in a crockpot set at low for 6 hours.
