10 to 12 slices bacon, diced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon dry mustard or 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 (15 ounce) cans pork and beans
1 (15 ounce) can lima beans or butter beans, drained
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Cook bacon in a large skillet. Remove with a slotted spoon. Add ground beef and chopped onion to skillet with bacon grease. Brown. Combine drained bacon, ground beef and onion in a slow-cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours.
