Apples

Quarter apples; remove core; cook in pressure cooker with 1/3 cup water. Turn on high heat; when gauge begins to rock - turn to low heat; cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat until pressure goes down. Put through strainer. Add about 1/2 cup granulated sugar per bowl of applesauce.
