3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1-1/2 to 2 heads (1 to 2 bags) romaine lettuce
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 (6 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 to 3 big handfuls plain Doritos, crushed
1 (2.5 ounce) sliced black olives, drained

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Gently mix chicken and next 5 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and toss lightly with salad.
