Fresh sliced red onions
Red wine vinegar
Sliced almonds
Romaine lettuce
Grapefruit sections

Prepare sweet and sour red onions by combining onion slices with equal parts red wine vinegar and honey and marinating for 8 hours or overnight.
Toast sliced almonds in a 350F. oven for about 10 minutes.
To prepare salad, plate romaine lettuce. Top with grapefruit and almonds. Garnish with sweet and sour red onions.

Serve with Mrs. Temple's Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Dressing.
