1 cup skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 ounce pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dill weed
3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

Mix together first 6 ingredients in a salad bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
