1/4 cup margarine
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups turkey broth
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
2-1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
7 ounces spaghetti, cooked
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika to taste

Combine margarine, mushrooms, onion and lemon juice in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and nutmeg until smooth. Microwave for 1 minute. Add broth. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring after 3 minutes. Add evaporated milk and turkey; mix well. Place cooked spaghetti in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Add turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika to taste. Microwave for 7 minutes or until heated through.
