10 to 12 chicken pieces (legs and thighs), skin and fat removed
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoons instant minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic, minced

In 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1-inch pan (jellyroll pan), combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, liquid smoke and instant minced garlic. Add chicken pieces. Turn to coat. Marinate 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill over low heat 1 hour, turning and basting every 15 minutes.
