8 ounces fettuccine
1 cup each: broccoli flowerets and carrot slices
1-3/4 cups skim milk
1 (8 ounce) package light Neufchatel cheese, cubed
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups Louis Rich, fully cooked, Hickory Smoked Breast of Turkey, cubed
1/2 cup (4 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Stir together milk, Neufchatel cheese, onions and seasonings in medium saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in turkey and parmesan cheese.
Drain pasta and vegetables and toss with sauce. Serve immediately.
