1 (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon salt
3-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
1-3/4 pounds ground beef
2 cups dry herb-seasoned bread stuffing
2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely diced green pepper

In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, milk, egg, salt and 2 teaspoons of the Worcestershire sauce. Add beef, bread stuffing, onion and green pepper; mix well. Place mixture in a shallow 2-1/2-quart microwave baking pan; pat firmly into a 9 x 5-inch loaf. Brush with remaining 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave oven; cook on high power for 25 to 30 minutes, turning pan halfway around after 10 minutes if oven does not have a turntable. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
