4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Gradually add sugar and beat until well blended. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture, blending well. Stir in nuts and spread in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; bake in 350F. oven, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on cake rack. Cut in 2" squares.
