1 cup flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
Bitter chocolate

Heat oven to 350F. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine flour, margarine and nuts. Pat in bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in refrigerator.
Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Stir in Cool Whip and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix pudding according to pie directions. Spread over cheese layer. When set, cover with a thin layer of Cool Whip and dust with grated bitter chocolate. Chill at least 1 hour.

Note: Any flavor of pudding may be used.
