2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 (6 ounce) package (1 cup) chocolate chips
Cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar, optional

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter and flour 10-inch tube pan. Combine first 10 ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer and beat on low speed until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Turn into pan. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and let cool completely. Dust top of cake with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar, if desired.
