2 pounds shrimpmeat
2 to 3 tomatoes, seeded
2 bunches green onions
2 to 3 avacados, peeled
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 bay leaf, crumbled
6 teaspoons lemon juice (Juice of 1 to 2 lemons)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (approx. 20 ounce) bottle ketchup

Chop tomatoes, green onions, avacado and green chiles. Add to shrimp.
Mix together oregano, bay leaf, lemon juice and salt. Add to shrimp mixture. Add olive oil and ketchup. Chill and serve with fritos and margaritas.
