1 (5 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers, gingersnaps and/or sliced apples.

For a festive touch, serve in a small hollowed out pumpkin.
