1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dash garlic powder
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan or 1-quart shallow casserole. Bake at 350F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with crackers or vegetable dippers. 2 cups.

Microwave: Combine ingredients as directed above. Spread in ungreased 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave on MEDIUM for 4 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once halfway through cooking.
