From the Author
07/10/2003: I make comic. Is funny. You laugh. Number 39. One more and I'll be at FOURTY. That's a big number.
11/25/2002: Wow. Another comic is up. Number 31. I've finally figured out a way to make Fred's current situation kinda... funny. We'll see if it actually works in up-coming comics.
04/27/2002: Holy squirrel nuts, I put up a new comic. Not only that, but the site is now located on my own server and can be found at www.monkeyhole.net... or at least it can be found there after the domain name actually starts working, but that should be soon.
10/24/2001: Wow, I put up another comic. I RULE!
08/31/2001: If they're the Three Musketeers, how come they fight with swords and not with muskets? Just a thought.
08/27/2001: Well, I hope satan is having fun building a snowman in hell, because I just drew two more DevMech comics. I know it's been a long time, but I've been persuing... um... other endeavors. Please forgive me, I think something out of the vending machine made me retarded. One of the comics I finished tonight is pretty funny, the other is really not, but such is life. Devious Mechanical was never meant to be funny, just to entertain me at work. Every once in a while, I accidentally write something mildly humorous. C'est la vie.
07/18/2001: Hey. Didn't want anyone to think I had completely forgotten about DevMech, so I drew up a strip tonight at work. I had this whole storyline planned out, but I decided it was stupid, so I'm trying to think of something new. In the meantime, you get to read crap. Yay. Oh, and I'm going camping for a week, so you get to read crap for at least another week. Yay again.
07/04/2001: Well, first of all, happy Independance Day to everybody. Hope you enjoyed it, 'cause I had to spend it at work. That's okay though, because it gave me plenty of time to work on Devious Mechanical. This site has been up for about a week now, and I finally decided that I'd post something other than just the comics. I'll be putting any information about Devious Mechanical here as I see fit (there isn't a whole lot) plus any random stuff that I don't have a place for. I finished two comics today (#16 and #17) - and would have finished more, but the DNA-O-MATIC took a long time to draw exactly how I wanted it. Anyway, enjoy the comics, and be sure to check out Marti's flash animations!
